The evolutionist would argue that the lion had no choice in its behaviour. When the lion feels the urge the antelope is chased, caught and eaten. The lion does not say, " It took so long to catch that antelope, I was really getting tired. I might have gone without supper. I think I better create changes in my leg structure and muscular density to ensure I catch that little bugger quicker in the future. Of course I will not be able to do it next week but maybe my cubs twenty-three generations from now will be able to." No thought, it just happens.
Some may say, " I saw a you tube video where a lion is best friends with a weiner dog. You can manipulate the thinking of a dumb animal to behave contrary to what evolutionist's say is in its DNA". Obviously a lions DNA allows for it being friends with a weiner dog, under the right conditions. Who would have thought?

Why does God have to be brought into this? I suspect most evolutionist's limit their belief to mere cellular changes. Why does evolution not play a part in developing these cellular changes in the brain and therefore create thinking patterns that lead to a religious belief? Maybe this evolution of the brain leads to susceptibility of being influenced by argument. If evolution is indeed true, why does it not play a role in everything? If the lion kills the antelope for food the evolutionist argues that it developed the ability through many cellular changes in its body. Why does the evolutionist not also argue that thinking patterns, beliefs if you will, religious or otherwise, are merely the result of evolutionary changes. As the lion develops skills to kill prey, some of the human race develop the ability to manipulate others to control their thinking. They are a different kind of prey. The hunter gets what they seek, whether food or followers.

You are in the theatre. You have a show that is selling out every night. People love you and they tell you that, often. At each show a couple of hecklers sound off in the back rows, in the distance. You can barely hear what they are saying but you ignore them. What are going to do? Cancel all your fully booked, sold out shows because of a few hecklers in the background? Pack your bags and call it a day? I don't think so.
I wouldn't put it past the GB to look at the internet 'hecklers' comments just to have a good laugh. I would if I was in their place.
